Fall Vignette {Farmer’s Market Love}

I love the Farmer’s Market during the Fall Season…

…..the many varieties of pumpkins, gourds, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

All of those wonderful things to bring home to create a Fall Vignette for the Great Room.

…..they are also extremely reasonable in price.

  1. Shirley, this is a lovely vignette! I love the elegance that the silver adds. You always do an amazing job!

  2. That is beautiful and I wish we had a farmer’s market like that around here. I think everything is closer to Atlanta. I still need to do the front porch too.

  3. This is gorgeous, Shirley. I am envious of your farmers market. What a wonderful place!

    I have, somewhere in the basement boutique, a pewter advertising pineapple shaped tray. I should see if I can find it. I love how you have the pumpkins in the pineapple.

    Another great fall vignette, Shirley. I agree that the silver works well with the fall colors and natural elements. I noticed the price on the gourds…3/$2. Ours were $2 each at the Harvest Farm yesterday. I bought them for the stems ( you know what I mean by that). I am putting them in my vignette by the front door and for that price I’m hoping they survive the predicted snow tomorrow!

  5. Beautiful! What a lovely vignette Shirley!

  6. Everything looks so pretty, Shirley. Like you, I love our State Farmer’s Market. We frequent it quite often. They have so many wonderful offerings.

    Have you tried the small local farmer’s market on Highway 55? It is just a couple of miles off of I-40. I think they only open on Saturday mornings, and we go almost every week. It is a great place to get locally grown vegetables, meats, cheeses, baked goods, pasta, eggs … There are probably about two dozen vendors, and everyone is so nice.

  9. Shirley, that looks like you have an awesome farmer’s market! We had a great one when we lived in VA, but the one in my town now is pretty small. Although you can get live lobsters caught that morning, which is pretty cool!
