One of my favorite Christmas items are my Byers Carolers. I display them throughout the house in various vignettes.
My Salvation Army Vignette complete with a vintage Salvation Army Hat and Thomas Kincade portrait commemorating the Salvation Army.
A closer look. I bought this hat years ago at an Antique Fair.
The Salvation Army “ringer’ in the portrait.
Hearth and Home..My antique salesman’s sample chair rests in front of the fireplace.
My favorite quote of the Season…
A Williamsburg scene
I love my door (a gift from my friend Linda)..I purchased the ornament topiaries at the Biltmore House and look great by the door.

This is what I use to make the snowy effect on the mini trees..
I love my Byer’s carolers, too. I have my Pilgrims displayed in the Dining Room right now. All of your vignettes displaying them look great. I can’t wait to get mine out this weekend. Thanks for the tip on adding the snow to the faux trees!
Thank you for your lovely comment today Shirley, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

Glorious!
Hi, Welcome to Blogland and I’m loving your blog and just subscribed to receive all your new posts.
Yours Byers’ Choice Carolers are wonderful, especially the Colonial Williamsburg ones, (my favorites). I’m a collector, too.
Thanks for the tip on the Snow Accents. I’m checking it out.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas.

Love this! I do not have them, but I admire them greatly!
