Foyer Vignette Where “Dreams That You Dare To Dream”…..

I cannot resist the beautiful chalkboard prints of Dear Lillie

When she did a chalkboard print of one of my favorite songs….I just had to have it…

A song where you can go to a place where “troubles melt like lemon drops”

…..and “the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true”

A place where you can “wish upon a star and wake up where the clouds are far behind you”…

Yes, I do love that song and movie…I can watch it over and over…following that “yellow brick road”

…..and I have followed that yellow brick road around my house…the road covered with pollen!

The demijohn went back to the table to hold Spring branches and moss and twig butterflies.

I purchased a pair of these candlesticks on clearance after Christmas…

…..I loved the “bowl effect” so that it was easy to place a topiary ball on top.

I purchased these milk glass candlesticks at Luckett’s last year…

…..I turned one upside down, as it gave me another level of height.

…..and speaking of Luckett’s….

I am so happy that I will be able to attend the fair this year…My hubby has a tournament nearby….

AND…I will be able to participate in the Hometalk Meetup…so looking forward to it!

So today, I hope the “dreams that you dare to dream, really do come true”

  8. LOL, you can keep your yellow brick road. I am over the color yellow this year. 🙂 Love your little vignette and I adore Dear Lilly’s signs too. I keep resisting getting one but one may enter The Everyday Home in the future.
I wish I could go to Luckett’s but there is just too much to do to get ready for Miss C’s 1st Birthday party. (its here at the house) So I am going to pass. Plus, I am going to Cali the first of next month too, so between that and High Point I will be traveled out. (I don’t know how you do it.) But, I am counting on you and Amy and the others to represent NC well. 🙂 xxoo

  15. those chalkboard signs are so nice! I love yours framed in red. We are covered in pollen too. I hate it. I need to hose off our front porch since the rain can’t wash it off. I’m sneezing a lot too. But…………isn’t the warm sunny weather and green grass outside beautiful???
