it's all about the hospitable home

Tuesday Tidbits

I am a patriotic soul . . .

~ ~ a flag waving kind of gal.

Today, my hubby and I will do our traditional voting day thing . . .

~ ~ go to the polls and then have a nice lunch thereafter.

No early voting . . . love the excitement of being at the polling places on voting day!!

So no matter what your political preference is . . . just vote!…

Unknown

For that is the most wonderful freedom of all . . . and I am truly thankful for that blessing!

And speaking of being thankful . . .

Day Two of the Thankful At Home Party is going on . . .

~ ~ beautiful posts today!

I love voting, too. I am one of those simpletons that gets a huge lump in my throat watching people waiting in line to vote and be counted as an American who cares enough to vote. We have a huge election for governor going on this year that has made national headlines. I am off to vote as soon as MyHero gets home.

I need to get around and visit some of those party people. xo Diana

I did early voting back in 2012 and the line was very long, so I went back to voting on Election Day. I don’t ever think I’ve had more than 2 people in front of me on any Election Day.
