Adding a bit of Fall colors in the sunroom was on the agenda.
However, the color orange is a bit absent this year.
It’s cousin, the color of coral that is in the new pillows,
that were recently made by my friend Linda, has definitely made an appearance.
I did a post a couple of months ago,
doing a poll on where you thought these pillows looked the best.
If you missed it, you can see it HERE.
I decided to use the pillows in the sunroom for now
as the apple green color in the pillows goes so well with the green wicker.
Still concentrating on softer colors,
I placed the sweater pumpkin that was made by Linda, in the ironstone food mold.
And the candle pears has a special place on the chest
because they were a gift from my sweetie.
She brought these candle pears back from her visit from the Biltmore House
with this special note:
It’s a keeper!!
I used to have this plant (Crotons) all over my yard in Florida,
Now I have a miniature one in the sunroom that has great Fall colors.
Copper is the perfect element for all seasons
and I especially love it in the Fall.
And what says Fall more than beautiful apples.
Especially when they are in a vintage ironstone bowl.
Or a dough bowl.
No matter what container, or surface, they are always a pretty detail.
And a very healthy food!!! . . . Food and a decorative element
what more can you ask for!
Have a beautiful day!
