A Southern Evergreen Holiday Centerpiece and a Giveaway

Hello Dear Readers!

It’s been a while and what better way to say hello again

than  with a beautiful Southern Evergreen Holiday Centerpiece

and a GIVEAWAY!!!

The giveaway details are stated at the end of this post.

Today, I am joining my wonderfully talented Monday Morning Bloom

friends with a very special Holiday post

featuring fresh evergreen centerpieces from

Lynch Creek Farm.

Their beautiful images and links to their posts are

at the end of this post along with the giveaway details.

Because I so love living in the South and

love Magnolias, I chose the Golden Magnolia centerpiece.

This centerpiece is in  a plastic dish for versatility.

You may place it directly on the table or

you may place it in a container of your choice.

I chose one of my favorite blue and white containers

to incorporate a bit of a blue and white theme.

The Golden Magnolia centerpiece consists of

fresh Magnolia leaves, Noble Fir, Pine, and Incense Cedar

along with pine cones, golden globes and tapered candles.

This centerpiece has been in my home for approximately 12 days

and it is still as fresh as the day it arrived.

I was happy  to place my hands easily on some of my

favorite Christmas decor as the Christmas decorations

remain in the “storage abyss”.

The Partridges are definitely one of my favorite

things to decorate a table with.

Out came the glass beaded deer and

what’s a traditional Southern centerpiece

without the addition of silver.

This large beautiful silver tray

was another great find from my favorite shop.

Love the details of the handles.

I received these gorgeous blue and white

chinoiserie ornaments from FrenchGardenHouse.

The perfect addition to my Southern Holiday centerpiece.

It was fun creating this year’s dining room centerpiece

as I so love the elements of Southern tradition at Christmas.

Now here are the Giveaway Details:

For a chance to win a Golden Magnolia Centerpiece,

visit Lynch Creek Farm, and come back and tell me

in a comment what your favorite item is from Lynch Creek Farm.

That’s all there is to it!

The deadline for the giveaway is Midnight, Thursday, Dec. 5th, 2019

This giveaway is for residents of the Continental U.S. only.

Now, it’s time to visit my Monday Morning Blooms friends

and please know that you can also enter the giveaway

on each of their blogs. So you have 4 changes to win! 🙂

Pam of Everyday Living

Lidy of FrenchGardenHouse

Mary of Home Is Where The Boat Is

Good luck everyone and have a most beautiful day!!!!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Lynch Creek Farm provided me with the beautiful

Golden Magnolia Centerpiece.  All glorious reviews are happily

and joyfully my own!

On a personal note:

I hope to bring you some Hickory Cottage updates soon.
I have run into another bump in the road recently;
however, things will be getting better. 🙂

I adore your Southern Evergreen Holiday Centerpiece but the Tartan Centerpiece stole my heart. Classical centerpieces never go out of style, which I do favor. Fell in love with your lovely Oriental Ming Jar Ornaments!! Happy Christmas to you and our fellow readers. Thanks for thinking of all of us and Lynch Creek Farm!!

Shirley, it’s so good to hear from you! I have you in my prayers every day. I love your traditional Southern arrangement, and would choose that very one. Magnolia is my favorite green to mix in any table arrangement, and it looks so beautiful for Christmas with the gold and your silver touches. Great ornaments, too! Thank you for the chance to be part of tour collaboration with Lynch Creek Farms. Happy December!

Last week, I received a wreath from Lynch Creek Farms, and it was gorgeous! The quality was exceptional. I have a lot of plaid this year as part of my Christmas decor. So, I would probably purchase the tartan centerpiece. It was so wonderful to start this first Monday of December off with one of your beautiful post. I love everything you do! Shirley, my heart always skips a happy beat whenever I come across one of your posts–sooo glad you felt well enough to post, sweetie. I think of you often and always send up a prayer that you will be completely well again SOON. Your centerpiece is stunning with all your blue and white against the backdrop of that gorgeous armoire! It’s hard to select a favorite from Lynch Creek Farm’s array of lovely items, but I love magnolias, and my garland this year has it in it, so I’d love to win the golden magnolia you have–so elegant and classic! Big, big hugs!

Shirley, I love your chinoiserie! My favorite LCF item is the Christmas Vintage Truck! The theme this year for Christmas is little cars since I have three little dumplings who cannot get enough of little cars! I would love to put together a centerpiece like that to top off my theme. Each place setting will have a different little car with a miniature tree atop! A centerpiece like this would go so well!

What a beautiful centerpiece Shirley! I love Magnolias too. We had a big magnolia tree in the front yard of our tiny house when we lived in southern California. I loved to cut the blooms.
I do hope you are hanging in there and know how much work getting a blog post up, with all that it entails. The last 2 years have been tough for me, but I think I’m finally on the getting better side of things.
Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving.

oh wow! so many beautiful items in this line that I was not familiar with. BUT the most important thing is to say I am glad you are back up and blogging..you have been missed, for I love your elegant styling…especially when you use your silver. I am a silver lover, and enjoy seeing it displayed, used and not tucked into a cabinet. Your blog is so refreshing. Since we have a REAL 1949 red chevy truck, the truck centerpiece would be a delight to all my Christmas visitors. WE are quite busy entertaining during the holidays and hold photo sessions for friends and family on weekends with our real red truck decorated. This centerpiece is a wow . We live in a home on the national historic register filled with antiques and would love to win this truck.
    blessings and hugs,
    Alda
