Summertime is filled with wonderful Red, White and Blue holidays!
A great way to celebrate them is with a beautiful
Red, White and Blue flower arrangement for your picnic or indoor tables!
Hello Dear Readers!
Welcome to another wonderful Monday Morning Blooms Day!
Lidy, Mary, Pam and I along with a
very special guest, Shannon of Belle Blue Interiors
are bringing you some wonderful inspiration
for those Red, White and Blue Holidays of Summer!
The images/links to their posts are below.
I wanted to create an arrangement that would
be able to walk in to any room.
With Memorial Day coming up,
I wanted a container that said that our
“hearts” go out to the heroes who made the
ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms
to live, work, play and pray!
I have a large collection of salt glazed
Rowe Pottery that I had collected in the 80’s.
You could find those pieces all about my home back then.
Blue and white bowls added to the table
with simple arrangements of flowers.
Roses inserted into floral water tubes
were gently placed into a bowl of
blue and white porcelain spheres
The flower arrangement is placed upon a silver tray
and elevated with one of my old fav books from
my days of decorating with American country decor,
“American Country by Mary Emmerling”.
Sweet blue and white birds that are
actually Christmas ornaments, gifted from a friend,
too cute to put away, sit on the silver tray.
The flowers chosen for today’s arrangement are:
Blue and White Hydrangeas
and Eucalyptus for filler and “flow”
This flower vignette of Red, White and Blue
truly livened up the room with joy.
If you were sitting in the sunroom
you would be surrounded by orchids.
The orchids love this room and so do I!
The room is always filled with sunlight
even on some cloudy days.
And now it is time to visits my
amazing flower loving friends.
