Traditional Christmas tablescapes not only appear
in the traditional colors of red and green.
Blue and White can be just as festive and welcoming
for friends and family.
🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Hello Dear Readers!
Today, we reveal beautiful evergreen centerpieces
from the great people of Lynch Creek Farm.
i am joining Mary and Pam presenting
Christmas tablescapes….The links to their
posts are below and you can also see the
winners of our Lynch Creek Farm Giveaway.
My Lynch Creek centerpiece is the North Pole.
As you can see, the centerpiece is so very lush and beautiful.
When caring for the centerpiece per LCF instructions, this
centerpiece can last 4 to 6 weeks. Mine have certainly done so.
I usually choose a centerpiece that has either
the colors of white or gold or both.
This year I knew what container I wanted to
use for the centerpiece; thus, the centerpiece
with beautiful blues.
I used my linens (placemats and monogrammed napkins)
from Amy Montgomery Home.
Mini faux trees 🎄 were placed in my
French soup bowls.
I really do not welcome the cold weather; however,
that means that I can turn on the fireplace in the Dining Room!
I placed a vignette of my angels
on each side of the table.
White ceramic trees with packages
at the base, and of course a winter bird
completes the vignettes.
🎄Stemware by Marquis Waterford,
🎄Silverware by Oneida
🎄Charger plate ~ Lenox Butler’s Pantry
🎄 Blue and white plate ~ Antique Blue Willow (Japan)
Looking into the foyer from the Dining Room.
The container for the centerpiece is
Old Britain Castles by Johnson Brothers.
I purchased this tureen from my fav
consignment shop, Always Home, Durham, NC.
The underplate/platter is antique Noritake.
I very simply decorated the Dining Room mantel this year.
A faux magnolia garland drapes the top the of painting.
Hope you enjoyed my Blue and White Christmas Tablescape!
I love how it goes so well with my foyer tree.

Swoon Shirley! Your first photo took my break away with your gorgeous blue and white tree in the background! Your North Pole centerpiece is beautifully presently in your Old Britain Castles tureen as a centerpiece for your table. I love the addition of your sweet trees in your soup bowls at your table and your magnolia swag over your mantle too. Oh to have a fireplace in the dining room…! Thank you for the beauty this morning. Wishing you a Merry Monday. ♥
Shirley, stopping by to wish you a very Merry Christmss and a healthy New Year. Your dining room and peek of your foyer are stunning in your classic style!
Beautiful centerpiece with your Christmas blues. So elegant.
Your dining tablescape is stunning. Love the little faux trees in the soup tureens. So pretty. Have a great new week. I think you said you are traveling so safe travels. Happy Holiday.
Your dining room and table are stunning…as always. I so enjoy your attention to detail. Merry Christmas Shirley! 😉
Shirley, I agree with Mary that the first photo is breathtaking. You are truly the queen of blue and white! The LCF centerpiece is absolutely perfect with your beautiful table. I love the angels and the faux Christmas trees set in the bowls, the details are exquisite. The mantle is so lovely and what joy to have a fireplace in the dining room. I think that your guests would linger for hours in front of the fire. Congrats to Paula and wishing you a joy-filled week ♥️
Absolutely gorgeous! I love your use of blue and white for Christmas. And your home is so lovely and elegant as always!
Your table is so beautiful. I love the blue and white. The LCF centerpiece is gorgeous in the white bowl. The little faux trees that sit so nicely in your white soup tureens are so fabulous. Your photos shine. Your home is so gorgeous. Merry merry Christmas Shirley and congrats to Paula.
So gorgeous Shirley, the centerpiece is beautiful but my favorite thing are the little trees in the soup bowls on each place, breathtaking! The blue and white is so pretty and I love the angels, winter birds and the framed placecards, it’s all simply elegant! I wish you a very Merry Christmas!
Shirley, your centerpiece in the blue and white tureen is a showstopper! Everything is absolutely gorgeous! Such a pretty tablescape, and I love how you placed miniature Christmas trees at each place setting. You have so many pretties, and they all shine so brightly in your lovely home. Merry Christmas, sweet friend!
Shirley, your table setting is pure magic. All your blue and whites look magical with the centerpiece, enhanced with all your pretty decorative touches. You create enchanting beauty for the holidays, as usual. Merry Christmas dearest friend. xo Lidy
Shirley, I love the blue and white theme. the crystal candlestick are beautiful are they also Waterford?
Yes. They are Lismore Waterford. Thank you Terri!! Merry Christmas!
Your Christmas tablescape is stunning, Shirley. I so much enjoyed every picture that you shared. Thank you for picking me as your winter. The wreath that I selected with grace my father-in-law’s front door.
The blue and white theme is stunning. It’s perfect for those who might not celebrate Christmas but do want to decorate for the season and carry that through into January. Just removing the blue ornaments after the festive season is over would pay homage to the winter that continues on. Even if one does celebrate Christmas the blue and white is calming and a little more sophisticated than the lovely but ubiquitous red, green and gold. Your home is so lovely and your decorating ideas are always a treat to see. Merry Christmas!
So beautiful Shirley! I love the trees in the French Onion Soup bowls….so clever! Congrats to the winner.
Shirley, this is perfect table for me. The colors are clam and soothing and yet speak to the holidays. I love the simplicity of blue and white, and I, too, like to use it for Christmas. I pinned this table and will pull out my own set of French soup bowls like yours and add a little tree. Perfect! I envy your getting to dine fireside.
Merry, Merry!
Shirley, your post is gorgeous. I love blue and white. The centerpiece is stunning and your home is so beautiful.
Everything is perfection.
Merry Christmas!
Shirley, everything looks beautiful! Your tree is a stunner and really pulls the blue & white theme together. This color combo is a nice change from red & green, although I love those colors as well. Could you please tell me what color white paint you used for your fireplace & trim work–would be most appreciated. Wishing y’all a most joyful Christmas!
Shirley! This is just so gorgeous!! I think this is one of my all time favorite Christmas posts! I love the blue, the small trees at each place setting and your blue and white Christmas Tree as the backdrop. Fabulous!!!💙
Shirley, your hone is absolutely gorgeous! I love blue and white for Christmas. In our previous home, I always put up three trees. The tree in our formal living room was always decorated in blue, white, gold and silver. I started the “blue” theme because we had three sons. In our new home, I only put up one tree so I switch it up from year to year. I always enjoy your lovely posts! Merry Christmas, friend! 💙🎄
