Hello Dear Readers!

Happy Monday and welcome to another

fabulous Monday Morning Blooms!

I am joining my amazing flower friends,

Mary and Pam, who are

just as much in love with flowers

as I am!

You can access the links to their

beautiful floral creations

at the end of this post.

Unfortunately, Lidy was unable to join us today;

however, she’ll be back with her

beautiful floral creations.

Our common theme today is Citrus.

Spring Dishes in the Hutch {Noritake Summer Estate}

I am still on my quest to “Springify” by house.

For years, I had my “Old Country Roses” china in the hutch or “Welsh cupboard”

I had acquired this beautiful set of Noritake Summer Estate from my friend . .

~ ~ and recently just acquired some accent pieces to this set.

Vintage sherbet glasses filled with pears . .

Added more vintage pieces like this Depression Glass Salt and Pepper set.

An English Biscuit Jar . .

Trader Joe’s was selling mini pots of flowers…

~ ~ fit perfectly in the creamer!

More cheery flowers in another silver creamer/pitcher. . .

And in a vase made from a silver fork …

Or in the sugar bowl…

This silver set seems to appear in many rooms of the house . . .

My silver trophy bowl holds placemats for easy access along with candles . .

Spring themed creamer and sugar . .

Vignette on top of the hutch…

~ ~ a recent addition is the centuries old vinegar jar from France.

My hutch ready for Spring…now on to another room!!

Have a wonderful day!!!

Daisies and Silver…A Coffee Table Vignette

I have always loved daisies…

…..they were the flower that my bridesmaids carried in their bouquets.

Daisies…the “happy” flower according to Meg Ryan who played Kathleen Kelly in “You’ve Got Mail”

…..one of my very movies…

I would like to tell you that Tom Hanks a.k.a. Joe Fox…

…..came to my door with a bouquet of daisies.

But alas…since there was no knock at my door…

…..I headed to my local grocery store to get my “happy flowers”….

Daisies and Phoebe Howard go so well together, because they make me happy!

And the daisies found their way into the dining room….

I believe I shall keep this vignette for the rest of the summer…

…..I love my “happy daisies”…

My granddaughter was with me the day I was putting this vignette together…

…..the next day when I prepared to take the photos…I found her “creative touch”

She does this all the time…I find things added and “rearranged” by her…I love it!

So from me and my ever so cute “creative director”…we wish you a most wonderful weekend!

I will be at Haven!!! 🙂
